Job Overview
SBOSS is looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Officers (Sales) to support our Agri and SME loan operations. The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, loan processing support, and relationship management in assigned areas.

Salary : Rs. 24000 to 26000 Per Month
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for Agri and SME loan products.
- Work on bank-provided leads and convert them into successful loan cases.
- Handle renewals of existing loans and conduct customer account reviews.
- Visit customers to explain loan features, eligibility, and repayment terms.
- Collect and verify required loan documentation from customers.
- Assess applicant eligibility as per banking and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, and sales performance.
- Cross-sell other banking and financial products as applicable.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 21 to 35 years
- Education:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Graduates will be given preference
Experience Requirements
- 12th Pass candidates: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Graduate candidates: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services: 1–3 years preferred
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Understanding of banking and loan processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in the field and meet targets

About Grahak Mitra
The Grahak Mitra initiative was introduced as part of the bank’s Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) program. The role is designed to ensure that customers visiting bank branches receive timely assistance, personal attention, and support in banking transactions.
The primary objective of Grahak Mitra is to enhance customer experience, promote the use of digital and alternate banking channels, and project a positive image of the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities – Grahak Mitra
- Assist walk-in customers by providing first-level support at the branch.
- Educate customers on using self-service and digital banking channels.
- Help customers with transactions and guide them through banking procedures.
- Encourage customers to provide feedback on services availed.
- Support migration to alternate channels such as ATM, ADWM, Internet Banking, YONO, UPI, etc., reducing branch workload.
- Share information about the bank’s products and services to improve sales opportunities.
- Ensure HNI / Wealth / Premier customers receive priority attention and service.
- Provide customers with required forms, brochures, and applications.
- Assist less tech-savvy customers in adopting digital banking solutions.
- Monitor the waiting area to ensure no customer remains unattended.
- Inform customers about toll-free numbers, call centers, and WhatsApp banking services.
- Direct customers to the appropriate bank officials for cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of transactional banking products and basic awareness of loan and advance products.
Roles & Responsibilities – Team Leader (Grahak Mitra)
- Oversee and monitor Grahak Mitras deployed across branches under the assigned RBO/AO.
- Conduct surprise branch visits to assess performance and service quality.
- Act as a coordination link between Grahak Mitras, Bank Officials (AO/RBO), and SBOSS.
- Track performance metrics and submit regular reports to AO/RBO and SBOSS.
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth functioning of Grahak Mitra services.
Eligibility Criteria
Grahak Mitra
- Age: 21 to 30 years
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (Preference: Service Industry / BFSI)
- Language Skills:
- Local Language – Read, Write & Speak
- English – Read & Write
Team Leader – Grahak Mitra
- Age: 25 to 40 years
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years (Preference: BFSI / Service Industry in a supervisory role)
- Language Skills:
- Local Language – Read, Write & Speak
- English – Read & Write
Onboarding & Deployment Process
- Selected candidates will be onboarded after background verification through SBOSS HR partners within 7 days.
- Grahak Mitras will be posted at identified bank branches.
- Team Leaders will be deployed at respective RBO/AO offices, based on branch coverage.
- Each Team Leader will supervise 45–50 Grahak Mitras and visit each branch three times per month.
- Team Leaders will submit visit observations and performance reports to CM (Operations) of the respective AO.
